Where are we currently? Barriers to connection and new solutions
Objectives:
- Identify current communication barriers between parents and teens / different generations
- Introduce some useful communication models – build reflective listening skills
- Introduce some techniques and tools that enable positive emotional talk
- Create space for reflection and agree focus for home learning / using new solutions in between modules
