Zoe Beverton
Counsellor & Assessment Lead
I am an integrative counsellor offering a safe, supportive space for self-exploration and an accredited member of NCPS. At the heart of my work is a person-centred approach, grounded in the belief that you are your own best expert. When helpful, I draw on creative tools such as dreamwork, figurines, or nesting dolls to deepen the process and uncover new insights. With years of health care and palliative care experience I have a deep understanding of grief, anticipatory grief, neurodiversity, and supporting those with additional needs. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges that can shape our lives. I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, alongside training in Body Psychotherapy, Trauma, ADHD Awareness, Neurodiversity, and exploring privilege and power. Combining professional knowledge with lived experience, I aim to help you work through barriers, reconnect with yourself, and move towards greater freedom and wholeness.

Chloe Coles
Trainee Counsellor
Chloe joins the team as a trainee psychodynamic counsellor, currently in her second year of clinical training at the Connexus Institute. Her training specialty is Transactional Analysis (TA), a therapeutic model that provides insight into why we think, feel, and act the way we do, helping clients understand and change repetitive, unhelpful patterns that began in childhood. Upon completing her training, Chloe will be a qualified UKCP Psychotherapist. Building on her previous careers in teaching in the UK and Middle East, and her experience as an art teacher and Forest School Leader, Chloe offers a rich and varied perspective. She plans to integrate her 3 passions: art, the outdoors, and psychotherapy, to create a unique and holistic therapeutic practice.
Amy Banks
Trainee Counsellor
I am a qualified Hypnotherapist (Cert HypCS) through the Hypnotherapy Society and currently completing my Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling with the National Counselling Society (NCS). Having achieved my Level 4 Counselling qualification, I am now in my final year of advanced training, continuing to develop my skills and professional practice. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) models. This allows me to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of every client, working collaboratively to support personal growth, healing, and positive change. I am compassionate about providing a safe, compassionate, and confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace.
